CMD Deployment

No matter how I program the CMD, it always punches countermeasures in groups of 20. I cannot get it to deploy a single flare or a single bundle of chaff.

 

What in the hell am I doing wrong?

Are you banging that big red button on the left side? AFAIK that one pops out lots of CM at the same time. You have to use the CMS switch to start either Program 5 or the selected one or just pop chaff or flare if in bypass.
