I can create the basic pilot patch file, but I dont know how to create the NORM or the ROUGH files, if I leave them out I get the "default" patch overlays which is "ok" but not quite right. And setting "empty" seems to have, missing texture effect? Can some one point me to a tutorial? Or walk me through the steps you go through to either create the norm and rough files or remove the effects of the "default" ones? I'd imagine for a pilots patch, the good ol' diffuse map will do just fine. Besides, I haven't seen anything for a norm or PBR/roughmet for a patch anywhere, so as far as I know, it isn't done. What aircraft? Reflected is the guy to ask. He does a lot of intensive skinning.
