if labels have been enabled in a mission, they can usually be toggled on or off using "LShift+F10"

As Ramsay says, but if you want just to disable enemy (OPFOR) when flying a western countries but keep own blue labels visible, then not possible.

There's also a new option 'Dots Only' which I toggle on/off if I lost sight of the target

There's also a new option 'Dots Only' which I toggle on/off if I lost sight of the target

I made own custom one, that is interesting as it doesn't really reveal any targets until I lose the sighting totally, and then I only get to know a approximate area where they are. 95% of the time I fly without labels and then they come partially visible when it becomes really challenging in VR to see them.

You can also turn them off/on based on object class (there's more hotkeys).
