I am looking to buy a 4K TV and would like to be able to play DCS on it. I'm currently using an AOC Q2577 monitor as it is also used for photo editing.

My system specs are:

i5-6600 4.6 GHz, 32GB Ram, GTX960.

The Nvidia website says the GTX960 can output 4K but I am not so sure on that as it is one of the lower end cards from recent years.

What budget graphics card should I be looking at that would allow me to play DCS on a 4K TV?

Budget GPU and 4K is a far stretch my friend. The top tier cards are intended for a 4K standard. Used 1080Ti still going for like $650US on Ebay.

2070 might be able to pull it off with some compromise in settings. 1080's are getting hard to find too. 1070 might work but you will likely see lowfps at low altitudes, depending on settings.
