Communication Menu>ATC>"Request to Land" Missing

Since update 2.5.4.25729 open beta I notice the Communication Menu>ATC>Request to Land menu choice is not available anymore? Appears to be missing across all maps and all aircraft. Just mentioned it here as it appears to be a bug...gary

Same thing here Gary, I've tried everything, all planes, different maps, even did a repair, and still no request to land option....

Stages should progress:

-Inbound

Batumi. Arrival. Inbound

(within range 10-12km?)

Batumi. Arrival. Ready to land

-Request Landing (within angle/distance limits)

Batumi. Arrival. Landing

 

It's not progressing to the stage "Ready to land" which is why the request for the next stage radio message option isn't appearing.

Looks like perhaps a bug/error that was accidentally implemented at DCS with latest update. In time they will probably fix it. They do check: ED Forums » English » Digital Combat Simulator » DCS World 2.5 » Bugs and Problems so hopefully will see this Thread....

Is obviously not on just my install and a universal issue...thanks for confirming guys..gary

Thanks MadDog-IC. Sounds like will be fixed next update mid january. Also noticed you are using windows8 and a tester, so perhaps you could bring to eds attention issue at my thread at:
