I'm also having radio communications problems, Sometimes I can talk to my wingman and everybody else. Then sometimes I can't talk to my wingman, but I still hear them... And it seems to be random, for example I was flying a 4 ship of JF-17s the other day and radios worked fine, then yesterday I was flying a 4 ship of JF-17s and communication with my wingman didn't work but I was able to talk to ATC fine... I'm running no mods...

Do you have your VR device on and ready to go when you choose VR mode in DCS? If my goggles are not on and I load up DCS my game will crash.... So I always have my goggles on before I load into DCS..

I bought mine months ago coming from the Reverb, And I got a lot of people telling me to wait or you are stupid for buying it! I even got some people on YouTube getting violent at me for buying it? Other than that, I am really happy with the Aero, It was totally worth it! Software, quality, resolution is top notch. If I had just one complaint and that is I wish it had a bigger FOV.

I always add the JF-17's in all my LIberation campaigns, I think It's a great plane to fly especially for the A/G, SEAD roles... There is nothing like launching LD-10's followed by a pair of GB-6-SFW's from 40 miles away... The 3 large MFD screens are really great also... I'm guessing because it has short legs nobody really uses it, once you starting adding fuel tanks it's taking up valuble space for bombs and missles...

Okay thanks for all your replies, I always put my ext lights on before I start moving, I didn't realize it's actually looking for the pressing of the binding press then the actual lighting state.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but when I get the command to run up the engines and I give the salute nothing happens? If I go back into my mission and set the time for day light hours everything is fine... This is from a hotstart from parking... Anybody else having issues with this?

I have the same problem with Combine Arms, I bought it the day it 1st came out years ago!

Never mind, I found the way to transfer them to other bases....

Not sure if this is a bug, or now it's part of Liberation? But I can't purchase or store my planes on airbases that I capture during the campaign, I can only use the airbases that I received in the start of the campaign... Is it the same for you guys also?

Yes Yes, Thanks Foogle, I even watched a you tube video from the Grim Reapers on the WMD7 pod and they never went over that part...

Not sure If I'm doing something wrong here or it's bugged? My WMD7 pod won't turn on when press the button, It will flash that's it's aligning then it stops.. This happens when I start parking Hot, Also happens when I start cold and use auto start, Windows+Home Buttons It only works if I hot start flying in the air, There is something I must be missing?

Yeah I think your right Fox, It has to be the cable...

I get nothing but a black screen, but the power led is on and I still get head tracking, for some reason if I change it to run on 60hz it works fine, but I get white snow artifacts in the back ground... I reinstalled all programs and tried different USB ports and It's still the same... Time for the G2 I guess

My HAGS was disabled, HAGS is the setting in Windows right? I didn't clear my shader folder, and I didn't uninstall my old drivers either, It didn't seem like it was a problem having the old drivers cause it was fine playing other games and getting a crazy high score in 3D Mark... The one thing I didn't even check is playing DCS on the monitor and see how it performed... Also one thing that might be the cause of this is using the Reverb G1, cause it wouldn't work with the 6900, I kept getting errors until I found some file on HP's website that fixed it, I wonder if the AMD drivers don't work well with the G1... What goggles are you running DaMoFo ?

Hi Fox, It was supposed to be off, I'll have to double check when I get home today, There was a few windows updates, and it might of turned back on?

I returned my 6900XT after 3 days of trying to tweak it to work with DCS in VR, I got nothing but stutters and poor frame rates no matter what settings! I used a spreadsheet and I changed every single setting in Steam, DCS, AMD Adrenalin, spent 16 hours of running DCS demos with all different combinations with no luck... I see some of you guys in here that are running 6800xt's and 6900xt's with no problems, I'm not sure what's going on? So I installed my RTX 2080Ti again and DCS is running great in VR, great frames and no stutters with the same settings used with the 6900XT, makes no sense at all... In my other games the 6900xt performed awesome, maxed out settings in GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 without breaking a sweat, temps stayed below 60c, I'll just wait until I get my hands on a 3090... My specs Reverb G1 i9-10900k @ 5.2 on water 64gb ram 2tb samsung NVME RTX 2080 Ti

Yeah my G1 does the same thing, I just rest the head set on the top of my head until the game has loaded up...

I'm not having any luck with the G2, spent couple of hours changing settings in steam, nivida panel, DCS, matched the steam resolution with the G1 and I'm still getting like half the fps.. My test DCS mission gives me around 70fps with the G1 and like 45fps with the G2, The visuals between the G1 and the G2 are almost no different, I can't tell the difference between the two, also with the G2 I get this weird stuttering in the DCS menu screens? never with the G1... I'm pretty much done with the G2, packed it back up and it's going back for a refund, Oh well, Thanks for all the help....

Yeah, I thought steam res looked different to me, with my G1 I run 150% and with the G2 I lowered it to 100%, maybe needs to drop even more? do you have the G2?

I have the G1 and the G2, And on the same settings in DCS and steam I get 60 fps on a sample mission with the G1, and 30 fps with the G2. I even lowered some setting in steam and DCS, and I still can't get up to 60 fps, I might just send it back and go back to using the G1... Is there something I'm missing?

Yeah it happens all the time to me, all AI needs to take off and leave the ship 1st before I get directions from the crew... It was never like the before...
