Game freeze while binding keys

Hello,

 

I'm running open beta, I reinstalled my game recently. I'm also playing via Steam VR "stable" using HTC Vive.

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Login to main menu

2. Open settings,

3. Control bindings.

4. Change anything.

5. Click "OK".

6. Game freezes.

 

I did find a workaround. If I load into a single player or multiplayer mission and I open the menu and adjust controls they I can make changes without the game freezing.

 

Let me know if you need anything else, DXdiag ect...

TL;DR:

Removing "Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\M-2000C", letting DCS re-create a new profile for the M-2000C and re-inputing your key assignments may work.

 

Detail:

I suspect it's due to changes/duplicates of default key assignments or a DCS bug.

 

The fault/error is likely in one of the keyboard or joystick .diff.lua's in your "Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\M-2000C" folder.
