Rudel_chw Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 I was editing a training mission on the C-101CC using the BDU-33 practice bombs: but unfortunately, when they reach their target they don't explode and don't produce a "hit" on the logbook, nor do they count on the "UNIT HITS" trigger ... is this intended behavior or is it a bug? As they stand now, I cant keep a count (on the Trigger Rules) of the hits attained by the Trainee pilot using these bomb ... will have to use regular bombs :( Best regards For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
Hook47 Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 I seem to remember these causing smoke on one of the airframes. Perhaps these are moddable to have that effect. Sent from my moto z3 using Tapatalk

Rudel_chw Posted January 13, 2019 Author Posted January 13, 2019 It's the same as with the A-10C. They only create smoke. It's a pity, as I cant check with a trigger If I have hit the target or not ... it would be much better if they should produce no damage but still count as a hit. Rudel_chw Posted January 14, 2019 Author Posted January 14, 2019 Can you do a "bomb in zone" trigger? I dont know that trigger, will investigate and see ... I'm getting quite precise at bombing with these small bombs, but even tough Ciribob's script detects the hit, the Unit Hits trigger does not :( For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

I don't think there is a way to detect hits if a target is not damaged which it wouldn't be by a smoke bomb.
