Is this just for the beta testers I logged in several times yesterday and today and no update?

Ive been away from DCS 6 years please excuse my newbieness...........

All new features go through the open beta version first. Once stable enough, they're released to the stable/release version.

Doesn't this usually take 1-2 weeks? Not asking specifically for HARM just in general?

Not always. If there are major bugs or issues that are present in the current OB then the patch would most likely not make it into the following stable release.

 

Currently I have not seen such bugs so it is possible that this OB update will make it to stable next week.

There's a screen flickering issue currently in OB version since Dec. for both non-VR & VR users. There is a very small group that is not experiencing this issue tho. However, I don't see ED releasing this to the stable version until it's fixed. That's just my opinion. Thankfully, they have reproduced the issue and it is a high priority.
