Learning the backseat

Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but is there a way for solo players to learn the backseat in flight?

 

In other words, there has been so much work put into creating RIO AI, has there been any effort to create even a rudimentary pilot AI, so that a solo player can jump into the RIO role? I presume the absence of conversation around a pilot AI means the answer is no.

Pretty much a rudimentary autopilot if I remember Hearblur's infos correct. Should work ok to switch to the backseat at high altitudes BVR engagements and get the basics, but we will see...
