They did promise some optimizations for VR. Hopefully we see them soon. It's been far too long.

2 more weeks, months, years...

New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1)

WHEN will ED start to improve VR-performance as they promised some weeks ago?!

It seems DCS-VR-performance is getting worse with every uptade they push out.:(

I did not have less than 45fps for most of the time since I am using oculus rift, but now I can not get much more than 30fps on the caucasus map where I used to have smooth 45fps a few updates ago.:helpsmilie:

It's just getting worse and worse and it starts to get really annoying now!

ED, PLEASE start optimizing DCS for VR or stop promising things you can't do!!!

Yup. The latest Beta update has made things worse than ever. Even the F-14B that I just paid 80 bucks for, that was about the only plane I got decent VR performance in last week, has turned into a friggin slide show. But, at least I still have my release version at 2.5.3. Can't use the 80 dollar F-14B there though. How convenient.
