[No Bug] Cold start training mission "space bar"

Hi

 

I'm trying to run the cold start (pilot) training mission.

 

I ask the chief to connect ground and air power and that goes fine, then the instructions say to push the spacebar when that's done but nothing is happening for me.

Hi! Check that your space bar is bound to "Trigger", the default keybind for it. It's needed due to how mission scripting works.

even in the A-10 training missions I have to hit the space bar a bunch of times before it moves to the next page. honestly, just hit it until it goes to the next screen, it really works that way at least in the A-10.

 

 

 

if this does fix it, you will learn how many space bar hits you have to do before it goes to the next page.

Yes it is, but I just asked jester for a guided start and it seemed to get going

So I just did a repair, made sure my mods were uninstalled, still can't get the space bar to work :(

was ok for pilot start up, but kinda need it for RIO start up training

Go through your key bindings and check space isn't in conflict with any other function.

 

I had this problem recently and discovered space was also reset VR view. Once I unbound that training missions worked fine.
