lahsoldier Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 (edited) Been sending emails to Heatblur due to my redeem code apparently not hooking up to my DCS account hence no show on the F14. Only response I got was need open beta. Not sure how that fixes it not being hook to the account but just to be clear I am in open beta so I advised that to them...no answer since. I send a note to DCS, as it may be their issue. Got a reply back... Heatblur cancelled my order (ordered back in October 11 of last year during prepurchase) and talk to them. WT...? I see NO refund to my account, NO correspondence saying we had to cancel it out.... nothing? I still would like to purchase the F14 and think I should still be able to at the pre-purchase price as this wasn't my fault. Heatblur???????????????????????? Never had an issue with anything I have bought from DCS or an other vendor. Why now? I know they are swamped and I was just one of many. He/ they worked through out the day today and got me up and going. I hope other who are having problems will get their issues resolved as efficiently. All I can say is be patient with them as they are working as hard as they can. They showed me that today.
