[DCS BUG] Cannot contact Nellis TWR after Cold Start

Reproducible every time for me.

Test 1:

1. Cold Start F-14 at Nellis

2. ARC-182 tuned 327.00

3. ARC-182 PTT, contact TWR --> No response

4. ARC-182 tuned nearest tanker

5. ARC-182 PTT, contact tanker --> Valid response, radio working normally

The radio is working, but Nellis won't respond.

Test 2:

1. Hot Start F-14 (Parking Hot or Runway) at Nellis

2. ARC-182 tuned to 327.00

3. ARC-182 PTT, contact TWR --> Valid response

Radio is working normally. Cold start issue.

Test 3:

1. Cold Start F-14 at Al Minhad

2. ARC-182 tuned 121.80

3. ARC-182 PTT, contact TWR --> Valid response

Issue narrowed down to cold starts and Nellis.

Test 4:

1. Cold start AV-8B at Nellis

2. COM2 tuned 327.00

3. COM2 PTT, contact TWR --> Valid response

Verdict: Something's funky with the radios when doing F-14 cold starts at Nellis.

Might be F-14 <-> Nellis Tower.

I hailed them inbound tonight in SP and got no response but I did get the Taxi To Parking message as I cleared the active.

Weirdness for sure.

Not only Nellis, Groom Lake. Behaves the same in my custom mission!

You simply can’t contact tower after a cold start.

Don’t know if it helps I’m using VR

And the problem apparently lies here:

And it's not a bug!

P.S. It's not enough to have frequency tuned to 327.00, we also had to switch modulation to AM, Jester doesn't do it automatically.
