av8r13 Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 hello, i am trying to change the tacan channel from 74 to 57. i read the manual which states that there is an inner and outer knob. however i can only change the last digit. how do i access the first digits thanks
VampireNZ Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 In the front seat? Yeah it is a little tricky - just hover over the inboard forward edge of the circular TACAN cover and you should get the green prompt. It's the 'outer dial' under a cover. Vampire

QuiGon Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 In the front seat? Same in the backseat ;) Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!
Foul Ole Ron Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 thanks for your help. it was very hard to find Can also just ask Jester to tune to whatever you're trying to connect to. I find that easier as you can stay heads up and don't have to fiddle with anything.
chaser Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 (edited) also make sure you have the TACAN command set to either Pilot or NFO Edited March 26, 2019 by chaser [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
