Su-25T can't use

:cry: Ive been trying to use the SU-25T in flaming cliffs but all I get are these bizzare views of buildings , oil rigs and other things.

I assume you have a Clean Install patched correctly to 1.12a/b?

Ok for example the SU-25T mission with the oil rig I loaded it and all it started showing me was the oil rig. I also cant find the SU-25T in the mission editor.

The error may be in the mission (file) itself or you were messing around with the files and accidentally deleted some of them.

Sounds like you did not craft your flyable aircraft correctly. Set the "skill" to "player" for offline or "client" for online.

Nope never modded LOMAC and flaming cliffs its a vanilla installation. More examples the SU-25T a bridge too far mission all I see and can do is watch a truck pull up to a mound and thats it. In mission editor the SU-25T is not even visible all I can see is SU-25 and the other flyable aircraft and the non-flyable ones but no SU-25T.

You have to select a plane to fly. If you do not get a payload screen with an SU25T there- you have done something wrong. Try the quick start mission right from the main menu. Do you get into a cockpit there?

Ok well I can see the SU-25T but that is after I installed a few mods. Ill keep you guys posted and thanks ;)

 

Ok i tried flying it and it I get only the theatre view. Tried the SU-25T training mission but it turns into a F-15C training mission.

OK maybe there's a language barrier here or something-because I'm not sure I'm following you 100%.

 

Just do the SU25T quick start mission directly from the main menu. If you get into a cockpit- than you are doing something wrong in these other missions. If you don't get into a cockpit -than you have something wrong with the installation.

Lemme see if I can explain it a bit better. I tried loading the su-25t training missions and I found myself in the cockpit of a F-15C. Btw can you please explain differences between LOMAC GOLD and LOMAC ?

OK - Start Lockon. When you get to the Main Screen, hit the "Fly" button for the SU-25T. What Happens?

 

 

Lomac - LockOn Version 1.0 patched to 1.02

 

LockOn Gold: LockOn + Flaming Cliffs patched to 1.12a/b

I dont see that button at all. Weird too because ive got LOMAC GOLD. For LOMAC gold installation would the title say LOMAC gold as well ?

Edit - to confirm your package of LockOn Gold has 2 CD's - One for LockOn and the other for Flaming Cliffs?

Its on a dvd I got a from a friend. It says UBISOFT Lock-On gold. Its for 1.1 I believe.

Now there might be your problem........do yourself a favour and purchase the LockOn Gold package from Amazon which contains a 2-CD set. Should solve the issues you are experiencing ;)

 

On the other hand I might be mistaken - just that I have personally not heard of Ubisoft having anything to do with the Flaming Cliffs Add-On, nor LockOn Gold being contained on a DVD..........

Yea thats what Im probably gonna end up doing. I just hope that when all the lock on addons are released they will make an anthology package which I will also end up getting :) saves me my money too.

 

In the meantime ill be playing LOMAC 1.02

Bingo. You are missing a CD. The first CD in gold gest you to 1.02 = no SU25T. The second CD will bring you to 1.1 , which added that plane.

Glad you managed to get that sorted - will not be sorry "Upgrading" to Flaming Cliffs.

 

A vast number of improvements to 1.02. Well worth it :thumbup:
