There's a red light on the fuel probe that illuminates it, did you have your exterior lights turned on? It's in the game I've seen it in the exterior view with the probe door open.

Master light switch enabled?

Wow, that would be an emberassing failure on my side. I will check that.

The bright red light is the refuel probe light. Just created a fast mission at 20:30 in the persian gulf, spawned in, turned the lights on and popped the refuel probe.

Ok, I checked it today:

Yes, the fuel probe light is there, however, it is not noticeable from the cockpit:

Heatblur, could you please fine tune that? Thanks!

The probe light is just way to weak, compare it to this footage:

And thats a old video camera recording during sunset, so I would assume that it is even way more brighter then it is now in game.

Heatblur, pleae fix that, thx.

PS: I can't change the title of this thread anymore, I would call it now "way too dim" isntead of "missing".

I’m really hoping this gets fixed in 2.5.6. Been practicing night refueling and came here to ask where the probe light switch is. Combined with RAZBAM’s C-130 not turning on it’s nav lights until danger close, just making it near the basket for AAR is way more frustrating than it should be.

And is this module considered complete or close to? The release was great for an early access but it doesn’t seem much progress has happened in the last 11 months..

I wonder if his RIO finally shouted "Stop teasing it and just stick it in there". :)

Haha yes, that was my initial reaction as well: "Just a little bit to the right, just a little bit to the left, use the Force, Luke". :megalol:
