ScopeDope
Telling Jester to scan even Mid-Low points the radar down 16 degrees, which even at the lowest distance (25nm) it gives you a 0 to 0 elevation scan pattern. Suggest modifying the elevation levels to something more moderate, like 2-5 degrees on the mid-low and maybe 7-10 on the low/high setting. Being able to input a custom setting would be bonus! For example, jester scan 3° high, or 6° low.
draconus
WIP https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=237832 Currently you'd have to fly at 48'000ft to get a 0 to 16 coverage at 25nm mark with Jester's middle-low setting (-16), so if you're lower than Angels 32 you get 0-0 coverage because before the 25nm mark your scan hits the ground. That of course leaves us a huge gap between scanned elevations. Not that it's not usable at all, because we still detect anything in this scanned area.
