[CORRECT AS IS] JDAM Timer Reset

Not sure if this has been brought up before but.... when using 2 types of JDAMs eg: GBU-31 and GBU-38 I've noticed that you can't align them both and switch between the two. If I select the GBU-31, wait until the alignment is OK, then switch to the GBU-38 and back again the alignment times start over from 10:00 respectively.

Is this normal behaviour or a WIP issue?

I think its WIP. It doesnt take 10 mins first or second time, or third for that matter. They can also be dropped while still counting down.

For sure they are fine to drop around 7:30 on timer. The thread is marked correct as is so I guess once I select a jdam I need to keep it selected until use as cycling through stores typed requires realignment.

Some data emphasize cyclic power and JDAM will be rearranged. But there is also such an explanation.Selection of any JDAM weapon option on the STORES format applies power to every inventoried JDAM weapon. However, only the selected JDAM variant is available for A/G release. Power remains applied to JDAM variants until all variants are deselected. A JDAM variant is deselected only when the associated weapon select option is unboxed explicitly on the STORES format. Selected JDAM variants remain background-selected when another A/G weapon is selected or the aircraft master mode is changed from A/G to A/A or NAV. While background selected, operational power is applied and transfer alignment continues to all JDAM weapons, but none are releasable. When a JDAM variant is foreground-selected (i.e., variant legend is boxed), several options and cues are added to the STORES format
