PSYKOnz Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Like it says, how do you fence in or out correctly? Does anyone have a procedure or checklist on how to do it? Turns out when you type f14 fence in on google you get a lot of information on fencing your house/garden Tomcat, Tomcat über allen
Nealius Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 F - Fuel E - Engine / Emergency airfield N - NAVAIDs (checking navigation equipment) C - Comms E - Equipment It's really just prepping for combat. Many items covered would be briefed before the mission, but for general flight sim stuff: 1. Countermeasures - SET 2. RWR - SET 3. Radar - SET 4. Weapons - SET 5. Fuel - CHECK 6. External lights - OFF (7. Master Arm - ARM) My understanding is that in real life the Master Arm isn't turned on until immediately before weapons release, but unless you have the switch command mapped to your HOTAS, or have a home-cockpit with an actual switch, that's hard to do on a computer.
