Mike_Toth Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 After installing newest beta, main menu became unresponsive. with no mouse input being detected. I reverted to the earlier 2.5.4 release version using the DCS Updater utility and all is good. Most certainly an issue with this beta

Can it be Your resolution in the game that has been wrong?

Most certainly an issue with this beta Sorry I can`t help you, but I have a question which you could answer: I want to revert from 2.5.5 to the last 2.5.4 but don`t know how to do it. Perhaps you are willing to help me doing this sucsessfull. I really need a step by step instruction, cause I`m not knowing a lot about programming. If you don`t wanna do you perhaps know where I could get such a tutorial. Again, sorry for not being able to help you. What goes up, must come down ! Choose the Update button at top and it will give you options to install any version. I went back to the last release version ... Mike_Toth Posted June 9, 2019 Author Posted June 9, 2019 Could be . Im running at 2560x1440... my monitor is a 3840 UHD.. ill look at that, but it should work either way as the 2.5.4 i reinstalled works ok with the different resolutions
JDub Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 I'm having the same issue. When I first launch DCS in 2.5.5 the mouse won't interact with the UI at all. It's not locked up or anything, you just can't interact with it. If I ALT+TAB out and back in, the UI works just fine. Reading through this thread prompted me to try something. My monitor's native resolution is 2560x1440, but I run DCS at 1920x1080. If I change DCS to run at my monitor's native resolution, the UI works just fine when I launch it. So, it appears to me that this issue is only caused when you're running DCS at a different resolution than your monitor natively supports.
