Anonymous Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Will it be in v1.1? Will it work with the Su25T? Hugely impressed with the list of features for v1.1 . . . . can't wait to get my grubby little hands on it :)

Wait for Internet instructor, please. Internet instructor is in the works? I look forward to it greatly :) But when you say LAN game is removed . . . . does that mean we can't play Lomac over a LAN anymore, or that we just use exactly the same setup for a LAN as the internet? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg

Megile Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Re: Nice to be here at last . . . . . now, about LAN instruc Wait for Internet instructor, please. :D :D :D If they intergrated it with an SU-30 then BGP wouldn't have anything to do :P
Guest hOOker_ECV56 Posted November 12, 2004 Posted November 12, 2004 GREAT NEWS!!!!!! Thanks to BGP, in our squadron we´ve been doing some pretty realistic AG/AA training with the SU-30/SU-27UB Mod.....I can´t thank you enough for one of the best features in Lomac!!
bnepethomas Posted November 16, 2004 Posted November 16, 2004 Sort of related - Given the graphics demands are pretty step will there be the ability to link up three computers to provide left-front-right views from the cockpit? I've found the old Matrox Parhelia just doesn't have enough steam - so a couple of xtra PCs with gofast video cards looks to be the go. 1.1 is looking awesome. Cheers Peter

Cheers Peter As I understand it, this can already be achieved with LUA scripts. If you look on the main site here , it explains how to get a computer (with Lo-Mac) to "listen" to another (with Lo-Mac). Great news of the instructor station! If it is a feature in 1.1, it would be a good idea for the Dev's to advertise this feature on the main site! This one is huge folks!! The bit I was wondering about was also ensuring we see dynamic objects out the three windows, so if I am attempting to toast a tank, and I fly past and look at my left windows on a second computer will I see it? My guess is we need a combination of multi-player and some LUA information... is that what has already been done? (forgive my ignorance.. :)) Cheers Peter
