The red numbers on Radar page don't really reflect light properly, see here:

 

Edit: I mean't the radar, but on SA the Green numbers seem to have a problem...

I've noticed it today as well. Several SA/MSI items have this problem. It's the same for SAM symbols on the SA page. I think it's an issue of layer drawing order.
