Verify that your NAV system is accurate. Fly over a known point, and see how it compares to a/c position on moving map. If doing a cold start, wait for GPS 4.0.0.8 que before turning EGI on.

After designating target, do a short laser burst. Especially if the target is on high terrain elevation.

If targeting a vehicle, be in PNT mode of TPOD.

AG is in CCRP mode. Wait for release que on HUD 'MAN RELEASE"
