Scholar Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 Obviously, simulating aircraft, radars, and corresponding weaponry is not done easily. This isn't a small quality-of-life fix request, it's just some of my favorite planes that I would love to fly around someday. But I also chose planes I think would fit a role in DCS, and expand on it, rather than being redundant. Mainly, planes that had unique features, or open up new AOs. https://imgur.com/a/iBgdfNv

Scholar Posted August 2, 2019 Author Posted August 2, 2019 Outstanding. I would love to recreate the Cuba photography mission
Airhunter Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 +1 on the F117. Doing night missions would be a lot of fun.
Evoman Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 From this list the most realistically feasible are the F-8 Crusador/Corsair II and the Zero. Plus they would be highly popular.
Scholar Posted August 10, 2019 Author Posted August 10, 2019 It's a bit of a selfish choice, admittedly. I think there are other planes that people would appreciate more. I am interested in East Asian defense affairs, and the F2 is the primary air superiority jet of a major player in that region, Japan. And the fact that it sports a superior radar to anything currently in DCS makes it fill a niche.
