[PLEASE SEPARATE BUGS]Few bugs I found on the Harpoon

Alright so first of all great system, I love it and it's a lot a fun, but i found a few of pretty big bugs for you to work out on the initial release:

 

 

 

First: If you have a program set, after you fire one missile you can still se the same program, but the heading is actually reset to 000, way around it is to deselect and reselect harpoon and reinsert the bering (pretty sure if you step it actually resets the program to whatever is actually in the missile). Not sure if this is correct behaviour tho but the way I see it the program is for all missiles not the selected one

 

 

Second: say I have a launch altitude of 15k feet and set FLT to High, missile won't climb to 30kft (if it's suppose to)

 

 

Third: Missile detects target at about 8nm at 15kft, does a way to shallow dive and compleatly overshoots above targets

 

 

Forth: After you shoot one harpoon, the program is kind of "frozen" (i.e. you press FLT to change altitude and it won't change on the program) work around is to deselect and reselect the harpoon

 

 

Got a track included that shows this testings but nothing special pretty sure everyone can reproduce them easily, running some more will report back if I find further issues

I definitely had this one, too (med flight profile and skimming). The Harpoon then tried turning 180° but crashed into the sea.

Sometimes (High low or med alt) it detects the targets at about 20nm, most times about 8, sometimes on High it doesn't detect at all and overflies at high altitude

 

 

Also it did only 5% damage to the small Grisha, don't know if thats correct

+1 same bugs, the question that i'm asking is: should the first programing slave the others? I think every AGM-84 has got his own settings?

Modules: Nevada, Persian Gulf, Syria, Normandie, FC3, CA, Super Carrier, A-10C, A-10C II, F/A-18C, F-16 C, F-14 B, SA342, and WWII assets.

Hardware: I7 8700K, Geforce GTX 1080Ti 11Go OC, 32Gb RAM, screen resolution 2K

Devices: Hotas Warthog, Cougar MFDs, Saitek rudder pedals, Track IR

Since it's program based i'm pretty sure the program should stay on all stations, as it happens in all other weapons

Nineline posted some additional info along with the tutorial video on the Mudspike forums:

 

“There are known issues regarding the damage level the Harpoon can inflict and guidance of multiple Harpoons without re-setting launch parameters.”

 

So the targeting issues when using more than one are to be expected for now, I gather.

DCS Drive: 512GB NvME SSD - Graphics: GTX 1070 Ti. Display: 23" 1080p LG LCD.

Input: Razer Naga & Blackwidow Ultimate, TrackIR 5, HOTAS Warthog & MFDs (x4), Saitek Rudder Pedals, TurtleBeach PX22 Headset.

I appreciate the reports for sure, but please break them out into their own threads, and a track for each.

 

First is known.

 

Second and Third I could look at a track,

 

Fourth is related to First I believe and known.

 

If you could put 2 and 3 in their own threads I would greatly appreciate, with short tracks showing the issues. Thanks!!
