Eldur Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 As written here (now locked), I discovered that despite the documents ED got, the HOTAS controls for the TGP are also disabled when just having the Mavericks on the racks and their page not open on any display device. They also don't work for me when I have the Stores and FLIR pages on the DDIs as well as the SA on the AMPCD. If I dump the Mavs and bring GB-12s instead, it works as expected. Any word on this?
Subferro Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 I routinely carry a mixed load of Mavs and GBUs and have not experienced what you’re saying. True to EDs claim I only have my HOTAS controls overridden when I’ve selected a maverick. Unfortunately it happens as soon as you select them and are still on the stores page, rather than when you go into the Mav display page (which I think is when it should override). Simply having the mavs on the racks isn’t enough, but once you box them on the stores page you lose HOTAS control on the FLIR
