Nealius Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 I'm in a bit of a conundrum that I can't seem to make easier. I have so many modules that I fly, some with AB and some without (helos, warbirds, etc.). I love the OEM detent that comes with the Warthog, and I have all my AB aircraft set with curves to make full use of that detent. But, I hate having to remove the detent every time I want to fly a non-afterburning aircraft. Not only is it an annoying waste of time I can't imagine it's very good to constantly screw/unscrew the detent cover in terms of the throttle's longevity. So, is there any way to set up curves so that I can fly non-afterburning aircraft with the detent installed?
MTFDarkEagle Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 Sure there is, you can set it up the same way as AB curves. But, I cannot imagine why it's such an annoying time to swap the AB detent. It's literally 30 seconds, and you don't lose quite a large portion of your throttle curve. Lukas - "TIN TIN" - 9th Shrek Air Strike Squadron TIN TIN's Cockpit thread
viper2097 Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 I also don't touch the detend. Just adjusted the curves so that 100% matches my way until the detend when flying something with no AB. Steam user - Youtube I am for quality over quantity in DCS modules
Nealius Posted August 28, 2019 Author Posted August 28, 2019 Did you use the linear curves or that crazy thing with multiple sliders that requires a masters degree to figure out?
