I'm scratching my head to get around this one.

 

 

It's the first time I create a mission with "client" slots and I cannot figure out a way to allow slots to be retaken once the group is dead, e.g. a client picks up a Huey, dies and then that slot is not available anymore.

Set the aircraft skill to client. Done.

They are already set to client. The problem is when a player selects one of those slots and then dies.

The slot, even though displayed in the list of available slots, cannot be picked anymore.

That is weird. If the slot is set to client you should be able to pick it again, even after you died.

 

Are you testing this in singleplayer or multiplayer? If you're testing this in singleplayer, then I'm not sure if it might behave different there, but in multiplayer it shoud work fine.

well yes, I'm actually testing it in single player so I guess that's the thing then.:thumbup:
