Flying a Banner Behind the Aircraft

This would probably be more of a DCS feature rather than specifically a Hornet one as I don't believe any other modules that have this capability already. Obviously this should be among the last things added if it even gets that far since I can't imagine many people (myself included) getting much use out of it. I'm just putting this out there for the sake of completeness since I hadn't seen anything about this before. If the Legacy Hornet can do it in real life, I feel like it should be considered as an addition to the sim at some point.

Brilliant idea! And you should be able to write your own stuff on it. Imagine MP with every F-18 flying around with a banner with some lame text or drawing. :D

I can think of many words that would be suitable for a banner in MP. None are allowed on this forum though. :D
