[NO BUG]No moving map when cold start

Hi all.

 

I noticed that now when you do a cold start in Hornet the moving map is not working. In NTTR and PG terrains it displays a static grayscale image of the entire map, in the Caucasus, the map is simply not there.

 

When doing hot start from parking, carrier or runway, as well as when starting in the air, it works as expected.

 

Attached sample tracks from NTTR but I reproduced the same on Caucasus and PG maps as well.

Seems ok for me, are you running any unofficial mods?

 

Make sure you are allowing about 2 minutes before switching to NAV

No mods whatsoever, I will have a look again.

 

EDIT: You were right BIGNEWY - doing my startup slower the map did show after all and also scaled as expected.
