Hey guys ,

 

I'm old LockOn fan , played 1.00-1.02 , FC 1.1 but then left LockOn because of RL issues .

 

Now I'm back and I'm thinking to make a squadron , is anyone interested in forming squadron with me ?

 

I can give hosting for site and forum for starters .

 

I'm from Europe , ordinary I play weekends and some times during a week .

Ya know, I might join... I've considered joining a squad for a while.

 

I'll consider it.

 

What planes do you plan on flying.

 

I'm from the US, so timezones could be an issue.

DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices

All russian and american planes .

 

I personaly fly all russian planes and A10 . My skills with F15 are not top nooch but i can manage it .

 

Tbh it depense what types of players we will have and what training or matches we will do . I think that combination of russian and american planes can be very deadly .

 

Also TS or Ventrilo will be nessesary .

 

About time zone don't worry I'm student so i stay very late quite often :) .

Hey im considering joining too:)Got a couple of questions:

1.Whats the squadron called?

2.Would it be possible for me to fly f-18 with majesco's mod?

3.I live in UK so what time will i have to attend training etc.

4.Is anyone you know able to skin for us?(P.S. I can skin f-18...kinda:))

5.Getting FC for christmas will there still be a place for me?:noexpression:

Superb when we form up i will contact you to set up couple of trainings ( 4vs4 ... ) .

 

 

Well FTW i was thinking to call squad 107th Ravens . Also i started to build site and forum so it will be opened in day or two .

 

Yes it would be possible for you to fly with F18 when we don't have official trainings or matches but i will stongly recommend you to try to fly some of original planes and start training on them ( hehe every plane other enigma :) ).

 

Well about timezone i think that isn't a problem because i think that we can manage to find some good time for all of our players to have at least one official training per week as squad ( for starters ) . Of course there will be bunch of training during a week that we have . Also when we open forum I will ask all players in what time zone are they and we will try to "jury a solution" .

 

Well i was doing some skins , if you are interested you can try doing skins , but we will talk about this on forum .

 

Of course there will be place for you , untill then you can be active on our forum .

ooh! blue lions sound real good... but i think this shoulf be discussed more on your site. (democratic vote)

 

I hope the training sessions aren't too strict! I'm a student myself, so my schedule can get quite messed up.

 

As for hosting, that's something I CANNOT do. I've tried it before and it just doesn't work. (I think it's my router or something)

 

I'm looking forward to the site, I'll definitely check it out. Looks like this is the opportunity I've been waiting for.

Also did you take name 70th Blue Lions from game Freespace 2 .

 

Well if you ask me I'm for name Blue Lions if not then Squll or Ravens .

Don't worry about that, that's why one should join the squad.

 

Are you new to lock on? Yes it can be difficult to pick up, but it will be loads of fun once you learn. I'll even help teach you if we get this squad going. :thumbup:

Weird that is np , if you are new then you will need couple of days to pick up everything but don't worry we are here to help you .

And yes that name is from Freespace 2 , 70th Blue Lions were elite squad that you command at the end .

 

I am for voting but problem is that that i must buy a domain name then I will start with making a site and forum wich is np , but only problem is name of squad .

 

Are you all cool with 70th Blue Lions ?

My favourite idea is

107th Sharpshootin' Hawks especially with the scope it has for skins and the squadron badge. No offence but i dont really like the Blue Lions but its not up to me. May the best name win:)

Why don't you Guys just join one of the squadrons that allready exist ?
