Griffin Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Another taxiway takeoff; Aeroflot A320 from Oslo, Norway. Note the visibility was 9999 but the area was apparently covered with fresh snow. It seems only a matter of luck they didn't have anyone else on the taxiway and only a matter of time when someone will be there. :/ http://avherald.com/h?article=427cf259&opt=0

It's not unusual for Russian pilots, most of them have some VVS & PVO experience! I've heard of IL-86 here in Pula, Croatia rotating 10m from the runway end! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Lucas_From_Hell Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Not quite, it's over 4 times larger than Portugal, 20 times larger than Israel and a bit larger than Japan, and the latter two operate F-15s.

Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..

Lucas_From_Hell Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Heck of a coincidence, but I have the last picture on my HD as well. Just curious, where did you find it? Anyway, it's a F-5EM of the 1st Brazilian Fighter Squadron (by USAF), known in Brazil as 1st Brazilian Fighter Group. The landscape is Rio de Janeiro, home of the squadron :)
