33rd_bratpfanne. Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 hi, could you post your system specs and driver versions? S~ Brati "Helicopters can't fly; they're just so ugly the earth repels them." (THX Rich  )
Bullseye_Pilot Posted October 17, 2007 Author Posted October 17, 2007 Sorry but I'm quite a technologie-dummy:D Can you tell me how I can get that information? Please and thanks Bullseye
Odin_Norway Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 One way you can get some info, is to click your Start-menu button, select Run and type dxdiag and hit enter. There you will get MB, CPU and RAM If you select the third tab from the left, which I'm not sure what it is called on a english OS (maybe Video?) you will get info about your graphiccard. Oдин

Bullseye_Pilot Posted October 21, 2007 Author Posted October 21, 2007 What do you exactly mean?? Bullseye
Odin_Norway Posted October 21, 2007 Posted October 21, 2007 Use a program to get your systemtemperatures like Everest. You can get a trial version here. If you can boil water on your cpu, that may not be a good thing, though your graphiccard may handle it ok ;) Oдин
Bullseye_Pilot Posted October 23, 2007 Author Posted October 23, 2007 Nope I'v downloaded the trial and it still shuts down:cry: Bullseye
Odin_Norway Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Yes, but check your systems temperatur when your computer is idle. What does it read? Do you crash to desktop or do you get bluescreen and have to reboot or does the screen just freeze? If you crash to desktop check temp's imidiately after that happpens. What does it read? Oдин
Bullseye_Pilot Posted October 24, 2007 Author Posted October 24, 2007 Yes I crash to desktop and one my lagerst acc this is idle: T 1.2cooling ventilator:chassis 2.2cooling ventilator:CPU 29temp:CPU 49Motherbord(?) This is just after the crash T 1.1cooling ventilator:chassis 2.3cooling ventilator:CPU 36temp:CPU 52Motherbord(?) This is in the right ordes I will try it on antoher acc where is also shut-downs; what the standings are there and the crash standings. Greetz Bullseye
Odin_Norway Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 As I said earlier, I'm not a wizard, but your temperatures seems fine. So there has to be some other reason. Sorry but I don't know if I can help you. It seems like you have the latest driver for your graphiccard as well. Oдин
kiss4luna Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 there is a tool called 'everest' could help you check your system information check your CPU and GPU tempature,AMD64 3000+ idle tempature should be around 32c and full-load tempature be around 45c in a 28c-indoor-tempature environment. And 9600 GPU should not be over 89c. RTX 3070
