graywo1fg Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 Got another overclocking question for you :P i'm using Kuky's settings for my overclocking but i'm now starting to get bluescreen restarts again .... but they dont point to ATI or anything :joystick: it just says (x0065400700130) bla bla bla numbers numbers numbers :P ) so i'm thinking maybe something with voltages? or speeds? it doesnt matter what game its in its just after a while it decides OH TOO MUCH!!!1 and goes blue :P Voice of Jester AI Death From Above =DFA= Squadron Discord - https://discord.gg/deathfromabove http://www.twitch.tv/graywo1f https://www.youtube.com/user/Lonewo1fg
Prophet Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 What speed is your RAM? You would have to give all your voltages in the BIOS too, and if the GFX is overclocked, that too.
3Sqn_Fudd Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Look all over for some sort of code... even at the top... stuff like "irql_not_less_or_equal" ... anything... Also, use photobucket or something and post some pics of your bios settings... mainly interested in 3 pages ... the Voltages, The page that has Vanderpool etc, and the page that has RAM settings. (IIRC, I used to have your board)... http://3sqn.com/forum/ Here's to 1.13 -- > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0488djMDBU
Kuky Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 do you use coretemp to monitor CPU temperature? What are your CPU temperatures anyway? Did you insall any new software at all recently? maybe try and bump vCore one or two steps up and see if it helps... if not next I'd increase FSB voltge 1 step up only. Also is your RAM timing manual or auto? OCing can lead to some wierd stuff. :P Voice of Jester AI Death From Above =DFA= Squadron Discord - https://discord.gg/deathfromabove http://www.twitch.tv/graywo1f https://www.youtube.com/user/Lonewo1fg
Kuky Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 hm...could be motherboard NB getting too hot also... raising FSB increases temperatures there as well... since there's no cooling for it (normally) other than heatsink, maybe that's getting too hot. Who knows... sometimes I get some weird s**t going on too...
