so, as you can infer from the youtube link, I have a new stutter and zoom thingy issue in DCS. I tried to delete VIEWS.LUA but it didn't help. these stutters are without the use of track IR.

anyone having the same issues maybe?

any suggestions?

Looks like you have zoom assigned to an axis, and that is fluttering a bit?

Hi

check for conflicting key binds in the zoom axis.

First off all, I did have an axis assigned to the zoom. But the fact it was 'dancing' like that is still weird. After unassigning it, there is still the awful stutter happening.

Can you attach your dcs.log after you experience this, we may see some clues

Which antivirus do you use?

A lot of users have been seeing stutter due to real time scans, excluding DCS folders from scans has helped some.

But I would recommend contacting Support directly if you continue to have the problems.

Apologies, I may've missed it, but is the game installed to an HDD or SSD?

I had similar stutters through various PC upgrades and nothing cured it until I moved the installation to my SSD drive at which point, it became buttery smooth.

i5-12400F, 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX, MSI RTX4060 8GB, 1TB Corsair Pro NVME.

Finally, I can run DCS!!!
