F-14 Written guide for Cold Start up?

Does anyone know of a PDF/Document/list that someone created for DCS F-14 with the steps to startup?

 

I understand people put a lot of work into their videos, I hope I'm not alone in just wanting a word document, or a notepad file or similar with just:

NATOPS checklists are pretty awesome to. Not necessarily step 1, 2, 3 but its all there. that with Chucks guide and you are cooking with Jp-5

I've been practicing start-up in the 14, have most of the initial Pilot steps down. I learn by muscle memory vs just reading, so this is the guide that I was exactly looking for.
