PLFD viewport not showing up on 2nd monitor

I have a number of viewports showing on my second screen but for some reason the PLFD panel is not showing up. Below is part of my init file and monitor config file. Any thoughts?

Not sure if formatting makes a difference but my monitor Lua's look like this...

 

F16_PLFD =
{
      x = 3166;
      y = 739;
      width = 229;
      height = 76;
}

I think the computer should have been smart enough to figure out my typo. Thanks. I could have missed that for a thousand years.

Ok guys, can you please share all code needed to export F16 MFDs, DED, RWR and i will change x/y coord to my needs, and please tell me all the files i need to update...Or please share yours..Thanks in advance
