It's on the Stick. The binding name in control options is:

Yeah, funny - I had a hard time as well. Searched for "nose", searched for "steering", searched for "wheel", nothing. Had to come here and learn that it's abbreviated... :)

Just for your information, if you think about buying the F-16, it's the same there "NWS".
