Editing cockpit textures

I want to get into editing cockpit textures (A-10C) using photoshop. Where are the image files located for the A-10C cockpit?

Not encrypted, but ED started using BC-7 compression for their DDS textures.

You need the new plugin from Intel to read them: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-texture-works-plugin
