Very latest 2.5.5. build freezes on SPlash Screen

Applied latest patch. The on and off problem of Splash Screen freeze is now back with full vengeance, and DCS freeses on start up splash screen.

please attach your dcs log from your saved games dcs folder it should have some clues

Attached. Had to rename dcs.log to dcs.txt as *.log files are rejected by uploader.

 

What advice? Where?

please remove all unofficial modifications and run a cleanup and repair or verify is steam install

 

If that does not help please rename your DCS.openbeta in saved games

 

example

 

C:\Users\DaveR\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta

 

C:\Users\DaveR\Saved Games\DCS.openbetabackup

 

then restart dcs login redo settings and test.
