Magic Zach Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 When landing on the grass sections of airfields, it is extremely and uncannily smooth. What I mean is, it FEELS smooth when landing, taxiing and taking off. The cockpit doesn't shake, the wingtips don't bounce, there is no rocking of the aircraft as they should. It's flatter than a frozen lake. This applies to ALL grass on ALL airfields. I think the airfields with grates should have at least a bit of shudder, and that the dirt (for bare dirt fields) and grass of them be given bumps and uneven surface. It doesn't have to be extreme like when you land in a random location on the Caucasus, but at least some uneven bouncing (and perhaps some more friction on the grass) would be very much appreciated. This has been something that has bothered me a lot actually, since the beginning. But now that Normandy has gotten an update, I hope UGRA sees this and considers it. It's be a great step to immersing oneself into the environment.
