[REPORTED] RWR layering on radar display

RWR trackfiles on the radar display should be layered by priority.

Currently they have illegible overlap. #1 priority RWR track should be on top and legible.

Mods require separate threads for each item, but the forum will not allow me to upload the same track twice.
