Thick8 Posted January 28, 2020 Author Posted January 28, 2020 Not much to go on it seems. No resolution or FOV specs. I did notice that there doesn’t seem to be an IPD adjustment wheel in the pics. That would suck for us big headed folk. Thick8 Posted January 29, 2020 Author Posted January 29, 2020 They issued a new patent in it, it has a curved OLED display which will use a reflected lens to give 180 degree FOV https://uploadvr.com/samsung-wide-fov-patent/ I remember reading that when it came out. It has 4 screens. 2 high res center screens with lower res side screens on the outside of the center ones. I would be happy with the same or slightly higher FOV at a higher DPI. Better distance spotting and clearer text. hansangb Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 FoV is certainly nice. But resolution is king. I found that out firsthand when I ditched the 5K+ for Reverb. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
