FlippingGerman Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 I'm doing the Harrier's built-in "Fire Brigade" mission, want to drop some GBU-12s, loaded bombs and TPOD on runway, took off, flying around and can't get the code to changer from the default "1111". I follow the following procedure, as instructed by Grim Reapers ( , at 4:16), Chuck's Guide, forum posts... -double press SS switch aft for LST page -press CODE twice to box and rebox -enter desired code on keypad When I get to LST page, CODE is already boxed, clicking doesn't change that, nor does it display the current code on keypad. Typing on keypad does nothing. Copying the above GR video has no effect. The display on the keypad stays blank. Is this a bug? Or, more likely, what am I doing wrong?
Kang Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Does the UFC display show any other information? A changing radio frequency for example? If not then it might be you simply need to adjust the UFC brightness.

If not then it might be you simply need to adjust the UFC brightness. Oh my God. :doh: I can't check it, because I died, but I don't recall turning on the UFC, so that must have been it. If you're still having trouble a few points that might help 1 - you can't change laser code on the ground if you happen to be on the deck. 2 - Use the DMT to set the laser code, (DMT is middle left option on the MFD) set code there then return back to the LST and it should correlate. For future reference there's also a bug with the laser Mavs if you get round to trying them, when pressing code through the weapons store and select Mav, and press code it only allows two numbers to be entered, just enter 2 random numbers press enter on UFC then enter the full 4 digits and enter and it'll take it the second time (if not use DMT method again)
