In my opinion just another one of those "intelligent" tools. It may fix one problem and creates ten others and then you hear people complaining about an unstable system. Just put enough RAM in your mainboard, create a pagefile with a fixed size and forget about such "miracle" tools.

Yes I'm an advocate of using a fixed pagefile

however this program helps with some inherent problems in Windows 10 itself, we have this running on the 104th server for several days now and it is definitely helping with stability.

In my opinion don't listen to this guy, we have noticed a massive improvement since we installed this setup on the 104th Phoenix Dedicated Server.

If you have issues with DCS freezing or crashing please try this and see if it helps, it did wonders for us!

What Server OS are you running ?

My Windows Servers always have run for as long as they can until a patch or update demands a reboot but they do not run DCS or any other gameserver. In general they are very stable and dont have memory management bugs. For the past decade that is valid in my world.

My Windows 10 Pro sometimes runs 1-2 weeks w/o reboot but again I don't run DCS Server on it I have to admit nor do I meanwhile game for hours but I do still game & fly but maybe only 1h or so. My oldest stepdaughter sometimes plays Sims4 for ..ahh 8-10h non stop during such a 1-2 week non-reboot phase. It is not that windows cant manage it's memory. During that phase I often use up to 90% of my 32GB for VMware/VirtualBox machines and have no issues.

I am not saying it's a bad tool, I honestly dont know, but it's not windows to blame in general and I am nowhere a MS advocat by any means. I prefer Linux with 1y+ uptimes, and I have those running as well, in real.

FYI:: and as a tip: You can buy, legally, a WinSRV 2016 Standard for as little as 30ish € on ebay. No need to use 10 or 10 Pro if it causes problems.

It reads like it's doing garbage collection for you. I didn't investigate too hard, but that's what it sounds like it's doing. There's nothing wrong with it, it's been working for ages in computers.
