Beta MP login question

[Mr. Big.Biggs]

Just set up beta yesterday after using stable for the past several months. When I try to go to multi player (already logged in) it asks me for an “alternate name” of less than 25 characters? Never seen this before. I assumed it may just be an option in case you had an alter ego so just arrowed through it.

When I logged onto a server, I would show as “unknown”

Is this a glitch or do I now have to type “Mr. Big “Biggs” every time I join a server.

Are you entering your name in the multiplayer screen top right before entering a server? not your dcs login

 

Edit: seems ok to me, can you attach your dcs log we may see some clues after it happens

Must have only been first time. Doesn’t seem to be doing it during todays session
