DmitriKozlowsky Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 (edited) This is kind of serious. 2.5.6 stops taking user input on multi-panel systems, if cursor is clicked outside of DCS. Especially if the other application currently running with DCS is Chrome. Also happens if pressing ESC then going into Adjust Controls or Options. Pressing RESUME, DCS, while not frozen and not crashed, simply will not respond to any user input. Clicking with mouse pointer on DCS screen does no good. DCS has to be forced to quit via Task Manager. I have three panels , and I run DCS as full screen on center panel only (2560X1440). Other two panels a 2560X1440 and 1920X1080 are not used by DCS. 2.5.5 worked fine. 2.5.6 has this problem. At least for me. The other, already noted by others is a FPS drop. For me it is between 10-15%. My avg FPS with 2.5.5 (with AV-8B and M2000KC) was 120, with 144 and higher being norm. Measure in Instant Action /Nevada/Cold Start as baseline test mission. Now I get 60-90 FPS. Still great, but it is a hit.
