Lithuanian Stingers, Low Altitude Surface-to-Air Missile System (LASAMS). Lithuania buy 60 missiles Raytheon Stinger RMP/Block I International and two radar AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel.

Don't be seating in that seat for too long either. Special not during the night. What is the cable on the ground? That thing requires external Power Supplies?

On a more serious note - they do not seem to be very portable or is that just my observation? Gonna have to be well dug-in for purposes of concealement otherwise you'll be a 'Sitting Stinger'!

I'd say that it's power to the sight and/or signal cable from a targeting radar that can show an indication in the sight as to where the target is.
