ED Team BillyCrusher Posted March 12, 2020 ED Team Posted March 12, 2020 Thank you very much for logs. But we still need for some additional info. Previously attached file doesn't solve the problem. You don't have a crash because pictures don't loads due to lua-error. Could you use new file from this post and attach new log after crash? Please wait about 2 minutes after DCS launch before collecting the log. It allows to exclude possible internet connection errors. You can save previous file as temporary workaround.me_modulesInfo.lua "You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince.

Mr. Big.Biggs Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 I had an interesting experience. While I have no hard data or crash log I still want to relay it in case it helps find the problems. I finally jumped in and upgraded yesterday. Deleted requisite folders/ repair ect. When I signed in as usual I went to the Caucuses, f14, dogfight as this has been my standard for testing settings. It worked flawlessly but for the two text boxes on the top right and left (as noted by others ). Several runs, the boxes never reappear and the game, high, low, engaged ect ran beautiful with the exact settings I use for stable. Even less of the smears of fast passing aircraft effect! On to MP. Just dogfight server where other than an occasional quick “jump or stutter”. Frames always at 45 or above and looking excellent. After about 20 fights (getting shot down and resetting) I figured I was a lucky one. Off to the Aerobatics server to do some testing in a more crowded server. Loaded and ran great as I flew around, FPS sometimes dropping into high 30s but happens on occasion in a crowded server. Here’s where it gets weird. I decide after 20 min of mock furball, to fly some wing and start to pull up to an F18. As I get in behind it and start to slide into position, Wham, stutter city! Frames to 5-10 try to pull away does not improve. Resetting my computer does not help. Computer as below, w F14, Caucuses, most VR settings on high. Overclocked Chipset and graphics card. All temps normal and ping fine. Dunno. Will try again today. Thanks for listening and hope this may add to the list of things that eventually lead to an improvement. Appreciate all the work!! I9 (5Ghz turbo)2080ti 64Gb 3200 ram. 3 drives. A sata 2tb storage and 2 M.2 drives. 1 is 1tb, 1 is 500gb. Valve Index, Virpil t50 cm2 stick, t50 base and v3 throttle w mini stick.
